Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form
We will continue to explore and develop this amazing Tai Chi form on Tuesday evenings.
8 - 9pm - £90/course or £10 drop in
Beginners will be introduced to the first 8 moves, the Mini form, to begin improving coordination, balance and relaxation. As they move through this form, the challenges they encounter will highlight the biggest areas needed to be worked on, thus beginning their Tai Chi journey.
More advanced students will be going deeper into the exactness of the form throughout the entire short form. This will contact deeper challenges as we hone the form and quality of the moves, allowing students an opportunity to begin clearing blockages and stagnation.
Beginners and existing practioners are welcome.
