Qigong Fundamentals
In these progressive classes we'll be learning the basics of water method qigong, focusing on alignments, flow and circularity. We'll also explore some simple longevity breathing exercises to work on relaxing the nervous system and supporting organ health.
All exercises are suitable for most levels of physical fitness. Be sure to let me know if you have any injuries so I can incorporate any modifications you may require.
