Saturday - Sensitivity Qi work and Gods Playing in the Clouds Qigong

Presented by Senior Instructor Jackie Smith and Instructors Mir Ali & Jason Roberts

The Tai Chi Space team will be taking you through this six move Qigong form, introducing the movements for beginners to learn and existing students to refine, as well as gently building in some of the Neigong threads longer term practitioners will have been learning over the past few years.

The weekend will follow the usual format with Mir starting off Saturday with an hour of exploring Listening and Sensitivity Qi work. Saturday's remaining class will be going through Gods Playing in the Clouds.

Timings and pricing will be the same as usual:
Classes start:       11am - 5.30pm (1.5hr lunch break)
