Saturday - Sensitivity Qi work and Gods Playing in the Clouds Qigong

The Tai Chi Space team will be reveiwing the Gods Playing in the Clouds material that Paul Cavel presented when he was over in April and May, earlier this year. This is an ideal opportunity to revisit Paul’s course content and get some informed feedback on your Qigong practices.

For beginners we will be taking you through this six move Qigong form, introducing the movements and gently building in some of the Neigong threads we have been learning over the past few years.

The weekend will follow the usual format with Mir starting off Saturday with an hour of exploring Listening and Sensitivity Qi work. Saturday's remaining class will be going through Gods Playing in the Clouds.

Timings and pricing will be the same as usual:
Classes start:       11am - 5.30pm (1.5hr lunch break)
