Creating Neigong Weaves to Cultivate Qi & Manifest the Energies of the 5 Elements

In this video, I meet with my friend and fellow Water Method teacher Jason Roberts to discuss how to practise to cultivate qi and manifest the energies of the Five Elements.

We discuss:

  • Where to put your focus and strategies for practising the Water Method as it is comprised of five neigong sets, a medical qigong set, tai chi , bagua and meditation practices.

  • Drawing the mind inside the body and following the sensations of the body to develop internal awareness through neigong.

  • Making the body conscious through Taoist Meditation.

  • The advantage of moving meditation and how to "ride the bull".

  • Balancing your awareness of what is inside and outside of you.

  • How the six directions are applied to developing your etheric field and why the wei qi is the mother of the etheric field.
