• Taoist Neigong - for those who want to learn or review their knowledge of some of the forms and techniques contained within Neigong. This is a theme that loosely follows Paul's online Neigong course as preparation for Paul's retreat.

• Marriage of Heaven & Earth - Jackie will be returning to this amazing Qigong form to offer guidance and advice on deepening what you know, as well as going through the movements to make sure beginners can learn them and more experienced students can refine them.
