The Water Method is a soft approach to training that aims to release what's locked up inside of you, and allow you to build mind-body trust. In this video, the principles used to deal with addictive cycles, stress cycles and conditioned ways of unproductive thinking are discussed, as well as methods for relaxing and letting go, such as the Dissolving process.
